Yes, black americans may have invented rock music but they've left it to us white folk to fuck up for years. I would actually like to see what the innovators of Rock and Roll could do for it today to be honest. Black folk are a completely missing element in modern rock and roll. We're not talking about Lenny Kravitz here. We're talking about the complete lack of input from any reasonably creative and decent black artist in rock.
I wonder if they are going to abandon hip hop and rap to white folk as well and discover something new? Do we have a future of Eminems to look foward to?
Oh yeah, it also happened with Jazz.
