Democrat or Republican.
US foreign policy will continue, more or less, to be the same. Maybe just a little less adventurous, but more or less the same. The whole neo-con thing Bush was obsessed with a year ago has already fallen to the way side. His policy today, and in the future, is no different to what Kerry will do today or in the future. (which will continue to be militaristic and preemptive)
If Kerry becomes Pres, maybe homosexual marraiges'll happen, and maybe some more social welfare for the people. But that's about it.
