I got my promo copy and within the just the first two tracks my mind was blown away by how she is turning music and "what defines modern music as such." Upon listening to the third track with Rahzel, it was evident that Bjork will forever be studied in years to come in the same way that music students study classical composers. She is visionary without pretense and incredibly void of any need to be commercially viable/validated. I think that alone speaks volumes about any artist today. Especially in the current climate in which labels are cutting any artist that does not sell at least 700K per album.
