the music stores slap the labels on. most Christian bands fight that label cause they don't want to be written off as "...just a Christian band" meaning less good musically.
"note, i've never heard any christian rock, and don't really know what they're about. Just the name and what i read in this thread seems kinda informative " well there you go. give it a listen and then see what it's about
