I read these threads with some interest, and quite frankly I think some of you are up your own arse...
Saying 35mm is better than digital is like saying a canvas is better than an A2 printout.
I think in we are lucky that we have both and as designers you should choose the appropriate tools for the job.
For example most newspaper photographers carry a high end digital because that is just so much quicker to get to print.
Also I would suggest that if your photograph has a digital output, then frankly it doesnt make much difference what you use, once it is on a screen its all pixels anyhow.
The are benefits with both, and at the end of the day you use what is relevant.
