Well. Got annoyed with everyone calling and stopping by at weird hours wanting to view the house so I called upon a realtor friend to sell it for me and take the reigns. She said "lets up the price 10 grand" me... "ok".
It was listed on Friday. Sunday she had an open house for me for 3 hours. I got a call an hour after the showing and someone wanted to buy it... in cash. Wow, a mother and daughter.... some poor bastard just bought his ex wife a house. So... now I'm looking for a new home. Not that any of you give a shit BUT I may be calling on one of your asses to house me for a few days until I find something. Muhahahaha! I have 7 weeks to move out.
