damn...nice touch with that color changer...but make the links stand out a bit more maybe?
your work is shit hot solid....not much else to say!
I would maybe increase the space around the type at the top...give them a bit more breathing room..
I dunno...I miight think about using small thumbnails insead of the scrolling flash thing...but definately links to bigger and higher res versions of the work....
