even if we skip the management and just look at creatives, most of them are twats, superficial narcissists with closed viewpoints, often illiterate, often lacking global attitudes (other than boasting about their sheltered holidays in Mauritius and the time they back packed in their gap year - all paid for by mummy).
Seriously, take a look at yourself - are you one of those types? Did something ring true? When was the last time you read a *real* book, when did you last try to feel something real instead of trying to be an urban styler?
If you are one, change now, before you piss someone off.
