"i give kudos to anyone who puts them in their place! its hard to do that when you're a girl as it inevitably comes off as catty.
thus my solution is akin to the socratic method. make endless changes to a design until they have cornered themselves and ask for help. then i tell them to step aside and i do what i want.
the point is always taken and i get a good chuckle along the way."
Sounds good to me. Professional and rebellious at the same time. And you put them in their place too...
