I don't think the funniest moments are the most obvious ones, for instance something that made me laugh so hard was this phone conversation:
Marge got this phone operator job at the church:
Moe: Hello?
Marge: Hello!
Moe: Who's this?
Marge: Umm... im the... uh, listen lady!
Moe: Yeah? Well.. listen, lady!Hahahah.
Doesn't sound that funny now though, yeah well i guess you had to be there.
