I’ve been a few times. What class rapids are you headeing out on? Is of course great fun—and can kick some high adrenalin. The key, for your first time, is to have a good crew and guide. Having someone who is willing to toss you around, stick you in holes, and test the stregth of the group—makes all the difference.
