no the summary is kinda like how time is regulated by power and so is history and how in the present that time is regulated by capital and consumption - such as how the kid up there talks about how he recognises time through music releases- which is basically just another commodity regulated by capitalism (music) - the cultural commodity nature of time. also how labour regulates time through holidays and shifts and vacations and blah de blah and lots more i can't possibly summarise without repeating everything.
