Wtf are you talking about? The 'hood"? Dude it's UNDERGROUND and knowone but the bums live there. It's no 'hood'. And because of that and it being underground there is no air circulation... it stinks. ANY 'Republican' or 'Democrat' or human being for that matter would agree.
