i had listened to some of gallowsbirds bark and i liked tropical iceland but the rest kind of bored me.
this is much more bold than that album was. i'm kind of intriqued by quay car and the whole first half of the album, but i kind of get bored after that.
i think it's just good to hear them doing something different and experimental. i think there is some strong potential for them to do some amazing things.
has anyone seen them live? they're playing in columbus oh soon. i might go.
