I really think that people should be allowed to live with whomever they want, however I think the problem most of the time is with the label: Marraige.
Some people don't like it. I have heard: Life Time Partner before, that sounded good I guess.
About the kids: two single gay men can adopt a child even if their not married, so I don't see how keeping them un-married will help. I do agree it would be weird to have two dads (i had one) but iono what would happen really...
I really don't think we should limit people, however I also don't think we should force people to change to suit something we want to do. Both are bad. The middle is hard to find.
I think God instituted marriage. Call me what you want, I believe alot of things about God and the beginning and all of that, that is me. However, I do not believe half the things some of you say about God, so don't assume that about me either.
Let them have tax write offs and such, just do it in a way that upsets the least amount of people.
Marriage is just a word that men invented, so it can be re-invented. But maybe a new word is in order?
These are really hard questions that _need_ to be asked.
