Found a wallet on the ground outside my place last year, and I know the kid didn't live around there and the address was several blocks away in a rougher part of my neighborhood. There was no one young enough around there to be a friend of his or park a car where I found it.
I assumed he was a gang member or out looking for cars to break into, and chose to never mail it anywhere or contact him. It had suspicious gang looking lingo inside too.
