i actually just thought of something to do for Flash based sites(since the code is protected)...
In the Flash file, have a variable that it checks on initialization. That variable is set on your computer, and can be switched to off if a client does not pay. They won't have access to the variable, no matter where they switch the server to, its just a basic conditional that gives the creator a "god switch".
