bump.
i would love to help you on this, but i have tried so much i dont think its possible unless you use hot door multipage.
i decided to just go for freehand, i do all my designs in illustrator and then jump there.
but thats my case cause were i am document sharing between printshops and design shops are handed out in freehand, maybe in your case you can use indesign.illustrator is basicly a one page thing.
