congrats on your quitting and congrats on your new job...
i had a similar experience. Over the summer, while in need to get the fuck out of my apartment, i took a very low wage job doing this:
I actaully had created a pretty great design which he shut down and it eventually became what it is now. But the CMS is wonderful,
Anyways, the "Editor-in-chief" who couldn't write an interesting article to save his life would sit every employee down on day one and explain how expendable and worthless they are.
Recently his staff walked out on him.
