you're going to want to pull that data from the DVD and edit it with a Video/Sound Editor. If you're on a PC use something like Sony Vegas Video, for simplicity sake. Once you are done mixing and mastering it, export it out as .mov and re-import into Sorenson Squeeze thereby reducing the size of the file but not the quality and export again as .mov. Or if it is fine and doesn't need editing just capture video with Sorenson and export out in a compression mode into .mov. ;)
