keep it nice and pent up. let it boil up reduce heat and simmer to a a thick stew. hold it marinating inside, soaking into all your interior. let in coagulate into chunks, blocking all regularity. keep rigid and tense til it cools and crystalizes in your veins. there it will preserve for years to come, neatly packed away for the equally disheartening future.
