when i moved into my place a few years ago with my buddy i was the one who was supposed to get couches. when i heard he was getting a cat and not going to declaw it i told him to get the couches and i'll get the tv. best decision ever. he dropped $1500 on leather couches and they're covered in scratches.
Even when he'd run and jump on them he'd leave cuts and scratches.
Try scratching my tv beotch!
