    In the long run, try this if you aren't already:
    Stay really fit, follow a workout routine several times a week and eat right.
    Your body won't get tired, not even after staying at work for 15 hours, thus your head would be clearer and you wouldn't feel drousy.

    For the short run, cold showers or just splash your face with cold water, ginseng/guara/caffeinie, a walk around the office to get the blood flowing, deep inhales of fresh air and lots of water.
