    nope. dell is far worse trust me.

    my dad bought a puter and was having some problems. i called customer support. got a gentleman whom i could not understand. after 5 minutes very politely i asked for someone else who spoke english.

    the next person was worse. again politely i asked for someone whom i could understand.

    again i was transferred to another person of indian background who could not speak english. this time a bit more angry, i asked to be transferred. guess what.

    the next guy was the SAME FUCKING THING. now i'm pissed cause i've been on the phone for 45 minutes. this time i ask for an american, or someone who can speak english and no fucking shit i got transfered to someone with the thickest southern accent on the planet. she would have to do. i told her how long i've been on hold and the whole story and whe was like 'we're working on it sir.' ... well. i guess after typing you do have it worse. at least he had his computer after the call. hahaha. sorry dude.
