    hahaha Gorbie.

I used to work on a farm until I was 16. I witnessed more than my fair share of calf births. For at least 10 - 20 we had to help. When the calfs front legs came out we had to tie a rope on its legs, and wrap it around a pole on the other side of the raceway, from there with one arm I had to pull the rope and with the other 'catch' the calf as it came out. The cows are standing mind you so a 5 foot drop could hurt the calf. Gross as all hell but the most amazing thing ever. Then I'd have to take some straw and stick it up the calfs nose and wipe out the goo so it could breath. I'll never forget that job. Pretty cool.
