Oh, WEBHOST2. I have been dealing with them for a long time, have had my site there for a year or so.
I gurantee all they are is a reseller. I did a ton of searching around to find that out, but they are. You need to email and I probably have a direct email to a person there too.
My problems is that when I signed up, I'm on a monthly billing plan, but they will not give me access to change my bank account number. It sucks. Email would be down for quite a time here and there, but it's been working fine for about 6 months.
I just registered domains and new hosting for my band and was going to use webhost2 but they're order section doesn't even work anymore.
I went with http://www.webhostingbuzz.com and even though I did this only yesterday, I got a personal reply from one of the people that run it, on a Sunday even. They offer a ton of bandwidth as well. Time will tell... But they use C-Panel which I've enjoyed for a while.
I sent webhost2.com 200 emails one day telling them to fix their problem, it was very funny.
