hmmmm, well... my buddy came into town for the weekend from sf and he's an ER doc
so he told me this story of a couple that came in, the woman was complaining about pains in her hoo hoo and lower stomach for the last week, so he examines her hoo hoo and lower stomach and finds a condom lodged in deeeep
so he tells the boyfriend it was a condom that was causing the pain, and the boyfriend says 'we don't use condoms'
OOOH! AHAH! my buddy was like, oh fuck!
