have you ever touched that thing? Yeah cheaper... you can feel it- what looks like metal is painted plastic- I'll play 3 songs before you figure out how to navigate to one of your-
the ipod is more than style- especially for a mac user- it auto syncs with all my contacts and all my music and music software- nothing like taking piss and coming back to find out 1500 songs have been loaded just by plugging the thing in- I have two operating systems on it that can boot from-( built a buddies flyer from booting off my ipod, into Jag into Photoshop and hitting convert to PDF and off to the printers off his imac) I care my portfolio on it, my email, calander, and the latest weather and news, it never skips, it plays for ten hours, and oh yeah it looks good. If you were to buy a cassette tape today at Tower Records it would cost more per song than the Mp3's on the ipod.... if you want cheap- go ahead- who cares- not us ipod owners only the ones who feel that if its less than a buck its just as good- if i learned anything in life it's you get what you paid for.
