to be honest and 200% imo i don't think a tattoo artist will let you apprentice based on that work because it's not really tattoo material (which doesn't say it's bad). if i would be you i would get a stack of tattoo magazines and books and just start drawing from that. focus on simple things first and if you master that go on with more complex stuff. start with western / oldskool based stuff. in the meantime get your self tattooed a lot and just look what they are doing, how they work the machine, build up the shading etc.
