Sorry but we don't really do enough motion work to bring anyone in house. As far as Vegas goes for creatives I highly recommend it and also discourage it. This is honestly the town of cheesy High Gloss UV coating. But at the same time if you are halfway talented you can go a long way out here. Bottom line, 99% of designers here are really really fucking bad. Which is really strange for a town that produces so much marketing. The Hard Rock has always (for the 9 years they have been open) sent all their work to agencies in LA or NY. But cost of living is really low and its actually not a bad place to raise kids.
