Get arrested for public drunkeness. Cops will throw you in the drunk tank for at least 4 hours. While you're in there get yourself a good ol' free jail house tatoo done with an ink pen and a needle. After 4 hours you'll pay $100-200 bucks to get out - with your brand spankin new tatoo - And A New Friend! Go For It! (post the results to NT of course).
