Yeah, restructure the world so all Bush's corporate chronies can get fat. Ensusre American asymetric military dominance of the globe to ensure American Economic dominance - at the cost to the lives and livelihoods of billions of underpriveldges around the world. Restructure the world so that global capital forces weak states into failed states - then ressurect those failed states to fight ur police wars to create terror at home, to maintain a docile global populace, turn them into weak states and then allow them to turn back into failed states. Rinse and repeat.
