get him drunk of a lunchtime, and tell him the boss wants to see him about something, send him to the bosses office, stinking of booze (preferably Rum) then confuse his ass all afternoon by sending him all over the building,s o everyone sees this drunk kid stumbling about.
no matter who he is related to, drunk at work is gross misconduct
but that could f*ck his career chances for life
