    who approves his work? if its your boss then I'm sure he will get the picture. If it isn't your boss then get the guy who approves his work to just keep sending it back with valid revisions. He will either get good or he will die trying and learn a little humility in the process.

    You might have to live with the little cunt in the office for a while, but you don't have to let his crap work slide.
