what's the film festival blackspade, the little exert list you've noted there looks like it's a follow-on from sydney film festival.
coffee and cigarettes, hero, zatoichi, the corp and triplets of belleville should all have a official releases in the next few months (a release that isn't a part of the festival and prices aren't marked up).
i'd prolly advise you spend your time seeing the other films that won't be widely released soon.
