    final verdict:

    not a rip.

    using similar scirpt to get function is different from copying.

    if thats the case, JD's Barney's site has been ripped many many many many many many many times.. That also goes for Yugop's 1.0...

    its about sharing.. unless someone cached your site and change the name and logo around..
