'edit in place' sometimes comes out better than just 'edit'... but you're right... it is deffo flawed...
or if you try and scale up a bit map... say you put 200% in and restrain proportions you end up with one defaulting to less that the other!! annoying! I wish they'd concentrate on some of these issues as much as the attempt to be desirable to geeky programmers!
