That's BS. You can learn just as much in the States. I'm sick of that statistical mumbo-jumbo how soooooooooooo many youth in the US are behind those in other countries. Yeah sure if you take a good 100,000,000 and calculate their overall test scores. It's not that they're stupid, they just are lazy and don't care to learn in the States and to be honest have a ton of options outside of school. Sad, but true. I mean sh*t, the teens I meet are much smarter than I was at that age and know a hell of a lot more about technology.
