some aspects seem to be in the right direction.
"intimidating youths" for example, the scourge of many a town I'm sure... high time that the knife wielding bucky drinking l;ittle f@ckers were acted against.
But "graffiti" is an afront! Ok, "Davies is a poof" etc etc
hardly makes a dull space cheery but for f@ck sake HOW BORING would it be without the cleverly done murals and stencils and the like?? It's part of culture!!rant over.
