Ok, maybe I should give some background info so that you can stop being loyal to my asshole boss. ;)
The thing is my boss takes alot for granted. Actually alot of his monthly planning relies on that I do stuff thats not in my work description, stuff that I don't get paid for.
I used to do those things because I liked doing them and I thought that it's allways good to do that little extra in the workplace. Show people that you care about your work.Last week I found out that my boss is talking shit about me behind my back, I also got a raise that was more an insult than anything else... Thats what you get for breaking you back working weekends and using private equipment.
