Devaur, let me explain why this commercial is actually a success. First of all let's take a look at the emotional/shock value. You will never forget it that's for sure and you will, probably, tie your thoughts to that brand because it scared you shitless. Second, the psychological aspect of it is just amazingly well used. The fact is that EVERYONE becomes very calm watching that car going left, right, left, right and than there's about 5 sec delay for you to just relax completely awaiting the car to show up. And the slogan in the end follows the whole idea. "you've never been more awake than this". Brilliant. Even though I never saw that drink before in my life, I definitely know that it's something like Red Bull, an energy drink.
This commercial fulfills every aspect of good branding and advertising, although it might look at first that it doesn't.
