even that's too much effort pascii.....
it's time to move on, i've applied for the same job 5 times in the past 2.5 years and 4 times out of the 5 they've f*cked me on the deal, given the job to some incompetent.....
They've relied on me helping out (out of goodwill - and cos they know I'm a helpfull kinda guy) while they've hired incompetents....
Now I'm not making an effort... anyone wants help with their own stuff OK, if it's work related forget it, there is a whole team of incompetents paid to do so go ask them.
