Surrounded by incompetence and nincompoopery!
4 people apply for 2 jobs, 2 of the 4 are hard working, knowledgable and skilled. Who get's the 2 jobs??
Not the ones you'd expect!!
Incompetents bestow promotion on fellow incompetents and everyone else suffers as a result.
