bah!
and that paper aint cheap.the funniest thing about that contest is that they want you to create a peice that shows off the color of the printer.
and umm err
they want you to submit a jpeg:!
how the fuck are you supposed to know how great the color is on the printer is if create it on screen and email a jpg?!?!
it would seem to make more sense that you create it and print it off the printer and actually mail in the paper!

i cant remember ever making a photoshop piece that was print quality 24"x36" that came in under 5 megs.
