I was born in Taiwan and came to New York in the year 2000. After 3 years of living in this city, I am still impressed by its culture, energy, society and art community. Many buildings look ordinary, but contain the special threads of 8 million different people's lives simultaneously interacting. I was first inspired by digital art when I saw Golan Levin's "Audiovisual Environment Suite". What impressed me most were the visual and sound effects, as well as the interactivity between the user and the computer. From the work of John Maeda's Aesthetic Computing Group at MIT, to my younger brother's Play Station game 'REZ', I am continually discovering an evolution in computer-based cultural elements, which perpetually shape and define the digital aesthetic of new media. My professional background is in product design: I designed bicycles and motorcycles in Taiwan. I work in product, graphic, installation, interactive and net-based technology development in NYC from 2000. My work has been exhibited at the Arnold & Sheila Aronson Gallery in New York City and DUMBO art under the bridge festival. It is scheduled be shown in Barthelemy gallery in Williamsburg. I received my undergraduate degree in industrial design from the National Chung Kung University in Taiwan and my master's degree from Parsons School of Design in Design and Technology. I studied with Golan Levin while at Parsons. I currently live and work in New York City.

sounds like a ghey to me.
