the host who i do work for, and well, highly reccommend as well is soon to come out with "Virtual Private Server" plans.
Basically these plans will give you full access to about a quarter of a server, so add domains, manage, etc as if it were your own dedicated server.
I asked my contact and I got "very soon." If you're interested, drop me an email and I'll get you to him.
