at least 2500. flash is pricey tell them and it's much more than a copy and a paste with some tweening. it's b*stards that would do it for 250 bucks that screw things up for the rest of us that have bills to pay.
i would bid 4000 and if they think it's high then work with them.
oh, and that metal work is cr*p. one of the pieces was barbed wire the photographer took a picture of. it was entitled 'slaves'. wtf?!? it's barbed wire. you did nothing to it. IT'S BARBED WIRE! IT COMES LIKE THAT!
