Don't take my words for sure but I say yes. I used to work with Director a lot and built on Mac, copied on PC, then back to Mac for the burn.
Then I'd send off that CD with the Mac autorun to the burner and I never heard from the client it didn't work.
But maybe ask around some more. I'd hate for you to burn 10,000 and me be wrong. I'd kick my own ass.
