winter: well yes obviously it is out of context, that's why i was quite amazed about the jumping to conclusions bit. and yes i agree it's very brutal. he doesn't give the guy a chance at all to split. that's where i agree with you about the excessive force. but then again as said before it's a brutal area.

look. in a perfect world, yes you're absolutely right. but this is not the perfect world especially not st. pauli or the reeperbahn. i lived between junkies and winos for a really long time and forget handling conflicts thru conversation really no use, no point at all. you cannot solve anything with a wasted junkie by conversation. physical or verbal force is the only thing that works.
