Dont go crazy just yet - just move away from teh scots (unless you are one!!!) instant resolution.
I know, its a toughy - one thing for sure though, I wont be here for much longer! But its that whole going back thing, my pride is really the only thing stopping me. That said, I resigned and left them, and they are calling me back
